Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking: When you book a driving instruction session with Gore Driving School, you agree to attend the scheduled session at the specified date and time.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional fees or the loss of your session without a refund.
3. No Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a “no-show”), you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of that session. Your instructor and other students rely on your attendance for the smooth operation of our services.

Payment Policy

1. Fees: The fees for our driving instruction services are outlined on our website or communicated to you during the booking process. You are responsible for the payment of these fees as agreed upon.
2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for sessions that have been completed or for sessions that were not attended without prior notice, in accordance with our Cancellation and No Show Policy.

Safety and Conduct

1. Student Conduct: While participating in our driving instruction services, you are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund.
2. Safety: Safety is of paramount importance. You must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by your instructor during the driving session.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: Gore Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of our driving instruction services. You are responsible for your actions and safety while participating in our sessions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms and conditions will be posted on our website with the effective date, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
